City Council Meetings are held on the 1st & 3rd Monday of the Month at 6pm in the Council Chambers at 100 Pionk Drive, Proctor. Meetings are aired Live on TRAC 7 and re-played on the first Thursday at 6:00pm and 1st and third Friday at 9:00am. Copies of tapes are available at City Hall.

Public Utilities Commission Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of the Month at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at 100 Pionk Drive in Proctor. Meetings are Aired Live on TRAC 7 and Re-Played on the 2nd Thursday of The Month at 6:00pm and Re-Played on the 2nd Friday of the Month at 9:00am.

Proctor Economic Development Authority Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of the Month at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at 100 Pionk Drive in Proctor. Meetings are aired Live on TRAC 7 and Re-Played on the 3rd Friday of the Month at 9:00am.
